These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of CzechUni ("Application"), which is provided by Czech Education ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Application.

USE OF APPLICATION

Our Application is intended for use by individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By using our Application, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. You may use our Application only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use our Application in any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation.
• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of our Application, or which, as determined by us, may harm us or users of our Application or expose them to liability.
• Use our Application in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the site or interfere with any other party's use of our Application, including their ability to engage in real-time activities through our Application.

USER ACCOUNTS

If you create an account on our Application, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as prompted by the Application's registration form. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in our sole discretion.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Our Application and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by us, our licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by the European Union, Czech Republic, and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. These Terms permit you to use our Application for your personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Application, except as follows:

• Your computer may temporarily store copies of such materials in RAM incidental to your accessing and viewing those materials.
• You may store files that are automatically cached by your Web browser for display enhancement purposes.
• You may print or download one copy of a reasonable number of pages of the Application for your own personal, non-commercial use and not for further reproduction, publication, or distribution.
• If we provide social media features with certain content, you may take such actions as are enabled by such features.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

Our Application is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that our Application will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that our Application or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant or make any representations regarding the use or the results of the use of our Application or related services in terms of their correctness, accuracy, reliability, or otherwise.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including, without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

1. Your access to or use of or inability to access or use our Application.
2. Any conduct or content of any third party on our Application.
3. Any content obtained from our Application.
4. Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), product liability, or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless us and our affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against all claims, losses, liabilities, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of these Terms or any activity related to your account (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing our Application using your account.

MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS AND APPLICATION

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our Application following any such modification constitutes your agreement to be bound by the revised Terms. We also reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue our Application (or any part thereof) at any time without prior notice.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms and your use of our Application shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and Czech Republic, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us with respect to your use of our Application and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and us.
